  During this period, Riverside Housing Coalition served 230 people in 147 households. Adults numbered 186, and children numbered 44. Ninety-six people entered with a disabling condition, and 39 met the threshold for chronic homelessness.

  We supported 119 leavers this year. Of these, 61 exited to permanent housing destinations. Average length of participation was 185 days, reflecting sustained support toward stable housing.

  Our work focused on connecting people with disabling conditions and chronic homelessness histories to housing resources. The rate of exits to permanent housing reflects steady progress toward our primary goal of housing placement. We continued to prioritize households with the longest histories of homelessness and the most significant barriers to housing stability.
