GrantwellStart your first report

Your funders each want the same numbers, in a different shape.

Grantwell reads the export your system already produces and the report your funder asks for, then writes that funder’s report in their format, with their metric definitions.

Your first report is free. No account, no card, no setup.

What Grantwell does

The data already exists. Your case managers entered it, once for compliance and again for operations. The work is not collecting it.

The work is reshaping the same handful of truths into eleven incompatible funder formats, by hand, four times a year. That is a translation problem, and it is the only thing Grantwell does.

You upload a source file: a HUD HMIS CSV export, a case management export, or the spreadsheet you actually run the program on. Nobody enters outcomes a second time, ever.

Then you upload what the funder asks for. Their template, the grant agreement, or last year’s submitted report. Grantwell keeps every required metric, definition and narrative question as a funder profile, so the next report is a deadline and a button.

Grantwell never submits anything on your behalf, and it never prints a number it cannot show the source of. Your name goes on the document, so you read it before it leaves.

Printed report pages with tables of figures on a desk
Four times a year, the same figures are copied into a document formatted the way one funder happens to want it.

One organization spent 31% of a grant’s value administering and reporting on it. The same funder capped overhead at 13%.

Documented by the Bridgespan Group. The 100 hours a quarter are not a failing of yours.

One year, unlimited reports and funders, $999.

Paid once, for your whole organization. No per-report fee, no seats to count. The first report costs nothing, and you see it finished before you decide.
